I’m taking it easy right now, but if I do too many things, I feel stressed out. Baby steps works for me.

I wrote and recorded my self-hypnotism tape. I’m not sure if the music is too loud though. I’ll listen to it a few times and see.

Hey Spy, I’m the same way about I get so in obsession mode. I’ll get into a groove and be there for hours or days straight and that’s it. Then i get a little burnt out. So it might be best if I focus on one thing for a few days then switch gears. Like already I’m back in fiction mode. I did a ton of research and I’m ready for a break from the business-y stuff. So I’ll focus for the next few days purely on fiction.

Just take baby steps. What’s most important right now? Do that. I’m familiar with the whole “overwhelmed leads to inactivity.” It’s sort of this whole “omg it’s too much to do” and then curl up in the fetal position and just hope it goes away.

I’m trying to schedule time for everything important to me in a day. It’s hard, because I’m more a do one thing and do it for hours straight, for days straight, doing nothing else.

But I just have to work a different way. I have to keep the business side of the studio up to date, work on the creative side of the studio, actually teach, practice, then write for both real name and pseudonym. Read. And my piano site needs completely redone, it needs to advertise, my spyscribbler site needs redone, I have to finish the spy thriller site, and I need to finish another site I’m working on.

I’m feeling a little overwhelmed.
