My cover art is complete for the first print release. The artist is Anne Cain. I think she did an amazing job! Here is the front of the cover. I may upload the full wrap here in a minute.

Nice! Very nice indeed. To my eyes (though admittedly not professionally trained) it looks like it could sit face-out on a shelf at Barnes & Noble and belong perfectly.
So…does this mean we could soon be able to have a Zoe Winters novel on our own shelves? E-books are okay (I read Kept that way), but if I like it, I want to *have* it, and to me there’s no substitute for a printed & bound paper article.

Hey Ing, oh yes, this will be print and E. i didn’t upload an image of the full wrap (front and back cover with spine) because I’m too lazy, lol. But be assured you’ll be able to get me in print from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or if you want to order through your local bookseller and pick it up, you’ll be able to do that as well. Or, people will also be able to order signed copies from my website using paypal and possibly a few other checkout methods. I haven’t ironed out all those details yet. But yes, this will be released simultaneously in print and E.

One other point to note is that it’s retailing at $14.95 which is comparable to other fiction trade paperbacks, so it’s not like a lulu book where you gotta pay 21.95 plus shipping. It’s trade paperback so it’s more expensive than mass market paperback, but it’s comparable to other books of the same type on bookstore shelves. Amazon also has a penchant for discounting items so you may be able to get it slightly below retail.

Ooh yay! I really love it–the absence of the moon makes the cover models and the font really pop! I can definitely see this fitting in with other PR/UF titles on the shelves.

Thanks Evangeline! I really love this final version of it too!

It won’t be on shelves, but I don’t really consider that a negative factor. I’m not about to cannibalize my sales with bookstore returns, that’s asinine IMO.

I meant the other UF/PR out there in general! Such as when a reader browses Amazon, et al.

Oh, lol! Yep, that was what Anne was going for (and what I requested.) She did a fabulous job.
I didn’t want it to be too “clinch” because I didn’t want readers to be embarrassed to read the book in a public place.
