Book Description:

All he’s asking for is her soul.

After buying the antebellum home she’s fantasized about since childhood, Anna Worthington discovers Luc, a dangerously seductive incubus who has been trapped in the house by a fifty-year-old curse. To rid herself of her problem house guest she’ll call on a priest, gypsies, ghost hunters, and the coven of witches from lust bunny hell. All she has to do is resist him long enough to break the spell so they can go their separate ways. If she doesn’t, she could die. And that would be the best case scenario.

HEAT LEVEL: Some sexually explicit content. 3 out of 5 flames.

I started it today and got sucked right into it!

Hey Mela, thanks! I worried that the first few chapters aren’t “fast” enough for readers. Since she doesn’t officially meet the hero until Chapter 4, but there was other stuff that had to happen first. Glad to see people are getting sucked in even with the slow build.

Just watched the trailer…. WOW. It would have made me buy it if I didn’t already.
BTW, loved the ending and I didn’t expect it. It was refreshing.

Hey Wendy, thanks! Glad you liked it! :)

Thanks re: trailer and ending. :) That ending is what pulled me through the edits when I wanted to throw the book in the trash. LOL.

Just sent my receipt to you….

Hi Judy, I appreciate it, but the newsletter contest was just til Thursday at midnight (was stated in the newsletter). I know that may not have been enough time for people to read the newsletter, but I’m still in an experimental stage with my marketing and what works and what doesn’t. This is definitely very trial and error! But I do have some cool stuff coming up for newsletter subs that aren’t contest based where basically everybody who is subscribed benefits, not just one “winner” or people who make some kind of cut-off deadline. I don’t want my readers to feel like they have to buy in this narrow window or I don’t appreciate them. I definitely appreciate all purchases from all readers! Whenever they occur!

I hope you enjoy the book!

I loved this book, the characters were so likeable and the plot was fab I would definitely recommend it! I would love a sequel with Cain finding love, the ideas are endless for possible follow ups with characters, I just found their lives too interesting to be left yet! :-)

As someone who is just getting into independent e-book publishing, I have to ask these things: “Save My Soul” is $4.95 at both Amazon and Barnes & Noble, but is $4.50 at Smashwords. Why?

  35. March 28, 2011 1:45 pm

It should be FREE at Smashwords. I’m running a promo. *going to check it now.*

  36. March 28, 2011 1:47 pm

Just checked it. you’re seeing the average star rating, not the price.

    Well, I feel like a fool, don’t I?!

  38. March 29, 2011 2:16 am

No, it’s an honest/easy mistake to make. When I searched it I could see why at first glance you’d think that. So I double-checked it to make sure there wasn’t something funky going on! :)
